FAQ

Who can participate in the VR Wetlab course

The VR Wetlab Course is primarily designed for junior ophthalmology residents who have completed their medical degree and are in the early stages of their ophthalmology training. While prior experience with vitreoretinal surgery is not required, participants should be familiar with the use of a surgical microscope, basic instrument handling, and possess foundational microsurgical skills.

What does the attendance fee cover?

The attendance fee of 400 EUR coveres the course attendance and meals throughout the event

Are there accommodation options available?

We’ll work with each participant to secure accommodations that fit their preferences and budget — from discounted university accommodations to carefully selected private options.

Will refreshments and food be provided at the VR Wetlab Course?

Certainly! During the course, attendees will be offered lunches and snacks together with beverages. Attendees’ dietary needs, preferences and allergies will be taken into account.
